I’m surrounded by four jumping active six year old boys…all second language learners, 2 of them with pronounced speech impediments, one wearing a mask.
It took a whole lot of work and a lot of artistic hand waving…but in the end it came down to this. We were all relieved to know that even if they had nightmares about disco spiders or if they had been bitten by spiders, it was clear that Mrs. Algarin (me) would NOT turn into Spider-Man…even if she were to be bitten by a spider.
